The site was designed for Moira Henderson during the Avian Flu outbreak. Its aim was to promote the farm and also to inform people interested in the Avian Flu outbreak.

MyPDP is an online resource built using the Blackboard VLE in collaboration with the University of Dundee Careers Service and Learning Enhancement Unit. Its aim is to help students develop their skills and abilities through a process of Personal Development Planning.

The resource has now been rolled out to all University of Dundee students (circa 17,000) and is being shared with Universities across the UK (see the MyPDP section on the Careers Service website).
